FIELD: sports.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to health-improving physical culture, swimming, physical exercises in water, hydro-kinesiotherapy and can be used in preventing preeclampsia of practically healthy, without obvious pathologies, pregnant women. Such prevention by means of aquafitnesses of preeclampsia is especially important for prevention of possible potential complications in pregnant women for future mother and child born by her, especially in those cases, when pregnant women are prerequisites for the onset of the initial (moderate) preeclampsia manifested by the deterioration of her health, particularly the presence of observed oedema in the patient, and/or arterial hypertension in the form of high blood pressure to 140/90 mm Hg. and/or proteinuria manifested by the presence of protein less than 0.3 g/l, in urine analysis of pregnant woman.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at prevention of preeclampsia of pregnant women due to optimal and most effective individual selection of special exercises with constant monitoring of health and correction of training program.
