SUBSTANCE: vegetable oil, containing butter aromatizer, is refined deodorized sunflower oil of the following acid-fat composition, % by total weight of fatty acids: C16:0 palmitin 5-8; C18:0 stearic 2.7-6.5; C20:0 arachic up to 1.0; C22:0 behenic up to 0.5; C18:1 oleic 14.0-35.0; C20:1 gondoic up to 0.5; C18:2 linolic 60.0-75.0, with tocopherol content of up to 86% mg, acidic number below 0.4 mg of acid-producing carrier/g, peroxide number below 7.0 mmol 1/2 O/kg.
EFFECT: wider range of vegetable oil-kind food products and improved organoleptical properties of ready product.
