SUBSTANCE: flavoured vegetable oil - a mixture (versions) comprises a mixture of edible vegetable oils with a spicy-oil extract based on sunflower oil, wherein the vegetable oil - the mixture is represented by a mixture of vegetable oils, such as refined deodorized sunflower oil, edible unrefined sea buckthorn oil, or edible unrefined pumpkin oil, edible unrefined linseed oil, and the spicy-oil extract is represented by a mixture of spices - coriander, black pepper - and spicy vegetables - celery, garlic - at the following ratio of components, wt %: refined deodorized sunflower oil - 50, edible unrefined sea buckthorn oil or edible unrefined pumpkin oil - 25, edible unrefined linseed oil - 10, oil extract of spices and spicy vegetables, based on sunflower oil - 15.
EFFECT: invention allows to create a composition of a flavoured vegetable oil - a mixture with the increased content of β-carotene, and antioxidants of the group of flavonols and mineral substances.
