Vegetable oil, characterized by the fact that a mixture of sunflower, camelina, milk thistle and linseed oils is used, taken at ratio of 5:3.1:73.5:18.4, respectively, which enables to optimize the fatty acid composition with the ratio of omega-3:omega-6:omega-9 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the following ratio of 1:3.75:1.5, intended for diet of women from 18 to 29 years old.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase nutritional value and biological value of the product by means of optimization of fatty acid composition, to increase resistance to oxidation by the presence of a wider range of minor components.
