Peroxide number of the base is 10 mmole/kg 1/2 O, not above; acid number is 0.4 mg of KOH/g, not above. Ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-6/omega-3 in the base = (9.1:1)- (9.9:1). Product has additionally tocopherols taken in the amount 15.0-20.0 mf/100 g of base. Product can contain both refined and deodorized rape, soybean and sunflower oil and it has artificial tocopherols as tocopherols. Product can contain additionally carotinoids. Invention provides preparing food functional foodstuffs with optimal balanced composition prepared of conventional vegetable oils.
