SUBSTANCE: one should carry out a single photon emission computer tomography with Ga67-citrate, moreover, additionally, one should perform the above-mentioned tomography with radiopreparations labeled with Tc99m, moreover, both trials should be conducted at parallel position of collimators, the pictures obtained should be reconstructed in cardiac projections by applying a Shep-Logan filter at 0.4-0.5 cut frequency at weakening and additional interpolarity of data, and by comparing the tomoscintigrams obtained one should determine the presence and topic localization of cardiac sarcoidosis.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics.
