SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing derivatives of dibenzothiazepine representing interest as an intermediate compounds used for preparing pharmaceutical preparations. Invention describes a method for preparing derivatives of dibenzothiazepine of the formula (5):

wherein each radical among R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 represents independently hydrogen atom, alkyl group and alkoxy-group. Method involves the following steps: interaction of nitrobenzene derivative of the formula (1)

wherein each among R1, R2, R3, R4 means above indicated values; X represents halogen atom with derivative of thiosalicylic acid of the formula (2):

wherein each among R5, R6, R7, R8 means above indicated values to yield 2-nitro-2'-carboxydiphenylsulfide derivative of the formula (3):

wherein each among R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 means above indicated values; reduction of prepared derivative of 2-nitro-2'-carboxydiphenylsulfide derivative to yield 2-amino-2'-carboxydiphenylsulfide derivative of the formula (4):

wherein each among R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 means above indicated values; and reaction dehydration - condensation of prepared 2-amino-2'-carboxydiphenylsulfide. Invention describes also a method-analogue and a method for preparing an intermediate compound. Invention provides a method for industrial preparing dibenzothiazepine derivative with good yield, without following complex processing and with using available raw.
