SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of chroman of the formula (I):
wherein R1 means acyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; R2, R3, R4 represent hydrogen atom; X means hydrogen or oxygen atom, and to their enantiomers and their salts, and to methods for their preparing also. Invention provides preparing new compounds that can be used as intermediate substances in synthesis of medicinal agents, namely (R)-2-[5-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-pyridylmethylaminomethyl]chroman eliciting effect on the central nervous system.
EFFECT: improved preparing methods, valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
