FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods used for cryopreserving human hemopoietic cells. Cryoprotecting agent dimethylsulfoxide is added to cell suspension to its final concentration 0.4-1.45 mole/l and three-step freezing the suspension is carried out followed by its thawing. On the first step freezing is carried out at the rate in the range 0.7-1.2 C/min to temperature (-8.5)-(-10.5) C using siding at temperature (-3.5)-(-4) C; on the second step - at the rate 1.0-4.5 C/min to (-30)-(-40) C and after the second step temperature is stopped at (-30)-(-40) C for 3-5 min; on the third step - at the rate 10-12 C/min to (-130)-(-196) C. Method provides elongation of storing period and to increase the amount of viable cells.
EFFECT: improved cryopreserving method.
