FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryopreservation of human nucleated blood cells (NBC). The method for nucleated blood cells cryopreservation involves mixing of a DMSO cryoprotectant with 6% dextran (polyglucin) under hypothermia conditions of +4°C to obtain a 10% concentration, NBC addition to the concentrate in equal volumes, packing in plastic containers and placement in a program freezer. Next, the sample is cooled at the first stage from the initial temperature of +22°C at a rate of 1.2 -2.0°C/min to the eutectic point of-4.1°C, a cold stop is performed for 5 minutes, at the second stage, the sample is cooled at a speed of 10°C for 1 minute from -4.1°C to the temperature up to -80°C, then transferred to the biostorage, and kept frozen for up to 2 years. The sample is thawed in a water bath at +37°÷+39°C at intensive swaying for 35-50 s and is immediately used for the intended purpose.

EFFECT: cryopreservation method allows to maximize the viability of cryopreserved human nucleated blood cells and can be successfully applied in programs of complex therapy of many serious diseases, including oncohematological ones.
