FIELD: instruments used in medicine, in particular, artificial blood circulation equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has elongated body with at least two ends. Part adjoining one of said ends makes connecting part of cannula and part adjoining other end makes working part of cannula. Through channel is formed in elongated body so that working fluid is delivered therein from end adjoining connecting part of cannula and discharged from end adjoining working part of cannula. The latter is made spiral-shaped. Ratio of spiral diameter and its pitch provides for rotational speed of working fluid and its progressive speed ratio as √2:1.
EFFECT: provision for creating physiologic spiral blood flow in case of using artificial blood circulation, said spiral blood flow maximally approximating natural one, effective overcoming of vascular resistance and optimal conditions for micro hemocirculation and transcapillary exchange.
