FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pump subcutaneously implantable in the area of patient pelvis by implying procedure of minimum invasive action. The pump is fed with accumulator unit and accumulator recharge unit is fed outside of the patient body. The pump sucks blood via inlet flow canal having liquid connection to femoral patient artery by means of subcutaneous anastomosis connection. The blood is discharged via inlet flow canal having liquid connection to peripheral artery branching from aortic arc by means of subcutaneous anastomosis connection. The pump operates both in continuous and pulsating mode synchronously to patient heart reducing pump loading applied to the heart. EFFECT: enabled normal patient hemodynamics state. 10 dwg, 6 cl
