SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, sheet of wrapping material is bent and applied to article so that one part of wrapping material sheet is at least partly placed on at least other part of packing material sheet. Sealing surface of sealing is brought in contact with parts of sheets placed one onto the other at preset input temperature T1 and is kept in contact with the parts during time interval during which temperature of sealing surface s gradually raised to preset working temperature T2, then sheet of wrapping material is released and temperature is lowered to input value T1. Invention prevents wrinkling and/or warping of parts sheets of wrapping material in contact with or adjoining sealing surface.
EFFECT: improved external appearance of wrap.
