FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines intended for reducing moisture content of sapropel and can be used to dehydrate colloid-structure sapropels prior to their drying or subsequent processing. Proposed machine dehydration drums are arranged one above the other in vertical plane in symmetry about vertical line passing between adjacent drums of all pairs. Drums of every pair can revolve towards each other and bearings of their shafts can displace along horizontal guides of the frame and be locked relative to said guides. Squeezer roller bearings are arranged to displace and be locked relative to said guides and are furnished with screw-type pressure appliances. Loading device is arranged above the upper pair of dehydration drums and oriented along said vertical line. Tape lengthwise axis is located parallel with dehydration drum axes and in symmetry about them.
EFFECT: higher process efficiency, simplified machine design.
