FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: machine has a charging device, discharging device, elastic belt closed in vertical plane on driving and tensioning drums, dehydrating drums, the external cylindrical surface of which is covered with dehydrated material made of the material of unclosed capillary structure, pressure mechanism for drums, hollow perforated squeeze rollers, chutes for water export. Upper and lower branches of the elastic belt is made of solid-rolled steel of 1-1.5 mm gage with shoulders stuck on the belt between lateral vertical sides with opportunity to react with them by their side edges, and are supported by their low side on the bars placed lengthwise and fixed on traverses connecting vertical sides. Under the dehydrating drum, the bars are placed under the upper branch of the belt with gaps, and their upper edges from the side of the gaps are slanted down and have curvilineal shape with upper bulge. One of the vertical sides on the part of the driving drum is supplied with a branch pipe to deliver heated air through it and the drain system between upper and lower branches of the elastic belt towards the tensioning drum, and slotted batcher is supplied with heating device.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing efficiency of dehydration at low energy consumption of sapropel processing.
