FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to machines for reduction of sapropel moisture content and may be used for dewatering of colloidal structured sapropels prior to their drying and further technological processing. In the machine width of dewatering drums is increasing along the movement of the upper branch of the tape, having flat shape and width whereof is more than that of the last on its way dewatering drum. Squeeze rolls are arranged interacting with both dewatering drums, and cases of axis of each of the dewatering rolls are set moving in guiding bars, oriented regularly to the plane of the tape and are equipped with screw-type pressing units. Slot batcher is arranged with minimal clearance against the first dewatering drum and is made as a branch of rectangular cross section with vertically oriented front wall and back wall inclined in the direction of tape movement. Width of the branch pipe is accepted equal to that of the first dewatering drum. From the side of dewatering drum moving along the front wall of the pipe branch there is a flat baffle with vertically oriented draughts, secured with arms on its lateral edges from the side of the branch pipe axially offsetting against hubs fixed on the lateral sides of the walls of the pipe branch. Upper parts of the draughts are screw headed interacting with female screws, fixed against vertical movement by claps openly seising female screws in their middle parts. Lamps are secured on the lateral walls of the branch pipe. Slot cuts are made on the wall of the branch pipe and in the lower part of the baffle have curved profile with minimal clearance against the surface of the tape branch in its middle part. Device creating sapropel pressure in the branch pipe is made as a pump with adjustable flow, sucking in branch pipe whereof is connected with from ordinary feed sump, connected with pipeline, supplying from mining vehicle.
EFFECT: increased reliability of machine operation, simplification and cost reduction of the design.
