FIELD: sapropel dehydration devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for sapropel dehydration. A machine is proposed, including a loading device for supplying sapropel under pressure, closed on the drive and tension drums of a flexible flat tape, above the upper branch of which dehydration drums are installed for rotation and interaction with it, which are kinematically connected to the drive drum of the tape. Each dehydration drum is installed together with a squeezing roller with the possibility of its rotation and interaction with the cylindrical surface of the dehydration drum, as well as with a scraper. After each dehydration drum, except for the last one, a contact roller is mounted, which is made in the form of a shaft made of a conductive material, which is connected to the positive pole of the DC source, after which a conductive swivel bracket is mounted, connected to the negative pole of the DC source, in which holders are installed, in which knives-inverters are fixed, a clamping device is installed on top of the holder, made of an elastic element and a damper connected in series. The loading compartment is made in the form of a dispenser, auger, a branch pipe and a box-shaped mouthpiece of an adjustable cross-section connected in series.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the intensity of the dehydration process.
