FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stands for analysis of parameters of water-separation from sapropel weight and can be used to select structural and operating parameters of a dehydrating device exploiting a hygroscopic effect. The said stand contains a frame-mounted drive drum with a multi-speed drive and a tension drum arranged on a carriage, the latter being linked, via a tie-rod with rigging screw and a registering device, with the frame. The said frame accommodates a vertical infinite system made up of an elastic tape with an unclosed capillary structure porous material layer fixed on the tape, designed to interact with the flexible tape upper branch and to downward the latter. Here, note that the coefficient of expansion of the elastic tape is selected to exceed the coefficient of linear expansion of the unclosed capillary structure porous material layer. At maximal water-saturation, the lower roller is arranged to rotate on the frame and the upper roller is linked to the bottom roller via a rigging screw so as to shift its bearings vertically in the frame guides accommodating a squeezer roll designed to move horizontally, to fix, to press down and to interact with the upper roller slack side. Behind the upper roller, a metering vessel is arranged to receive squeezed out liquid. The upper roller axle bearing holds ruler with the zero coordinate corresponding to the upper roller axle position, while the length of the said ruler exceeds the maximum distance between axles of the upper and lower rollers.
EFFECT: updated stand for analysis of parameters of water separation from sapropel weight.
