SUBSTANCE: invention elates to derivatives of aminoalcohols of the formula (I): 
wherein R1 and R2 represent hydrogen atom, amino-protecting group; R3 represents hydrogen atom, hydroxy-protecting group; R4 represents lower alkyl group; n represents a whole number from 1 to 6; X represents ethylene group; Y represents (C1-C10)-alkylene group, (C1-C10)-alkylene group substituted with 1-3 substituents; R5 represents aryl group; R6 and R7 represent hydrogen atom, halogen atom or lower alkyl group under condition that when R5 represents hydrogen atom then Y is not a simple bond or unbranched (C1-C10)-alkylene group, and to their pharmacologically acceptable salts also. Compounds show immunodepressant activity. Invention describes also the compound (I)-base pharmaceutical composition, intermediate compounds used for synthesis of compound of the formula (I), method for preparing intermediate compounds and method for prophylaxis or treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
