FIELD: study of labor hygiene; sanitation laboratories.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes drawing samples of aniline and nitrobenzene from air no less than 50% by mass. Samples are subjected to dispersion of particles no more than 5 mcm into beginning of chromatographic column by means of pneumatic sprayer. Microamount of benzene and hexane with air at flow rate of helium up to 5 cu cm/min is introduced in column located in thermostat. Then, difference of chromatographic parameters of holding the benzene relative to hexane and air in samples is determined. Toxicity of aniline and nitrobenzene is estimated together by relationship of total dose of aniline and nitrobenzene in air and specified standard.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; enhanced reliability of estimation of toxicity.
