SUBSTANCE: two superficial sclera flaps directed with their apexes into opposite directions are raised. Flaps are introduced through cuts at their bases into suprachoroidal space and supraciliary space. Biomaterial "Alloplant" is introduced over implanted flaps with its one part into suprachoroidal space and with its other part into supraciliary space.
EFFECT: reduction of patient traumaticity and increase of efficiency.
