FIELD: neurology.
SUBSTANCE: patient's condition is estimated on day of hospitalization, on 7th and 14th days including registration of RR-cardiointervalograms. Time series of RR-cardiointervals, which are taken from 10 one-minute electrocardiogram records in the first standard leads, are processed. After that, one estimates: standard deviation of cardiointerval values, fractal rates for central and vegetative nervous systems, system self-organization potential. Favorable prediction, health deterioration, or critical life-incompatible threshold are predicted on the base of measured parameters.
EFFECT: enabled obtaining of condition dynamics data before visible changes of clinical symptomatology.
