SUBSTANCE: clutch-brake has the hub provided with bearing brake member, movable pressing clutch member, and intermediate clutch member, composed detachable air-operated cylinder mounted on the shaft, movable piston sealed with collars and mounted in the open ring space from the outer side of the housing of the composed detachable air-operated cylinder, which forms the outer face of the clutch-brake, friction driving members of the clutch and brake with friction members, braking spring, and unit for control of the spaces between the friction, pressing, intermediate, and bearing clutch members in the clutch-brake, comprising the threaded adjusting nut with a device for its positioning. The composed detachable air cylinder is secured to the projecting disk-shaped part of the vertical ring cross-pies via screws and pins. From the side of the composed detachable air-operated cylinder, the crosspiece interconnects the concentric outer and inner cylindrical parts of the hub. There are slots on the outer cylindrical part of the hub, which interact with the slots made on the movable pressing clutch member. The movable piston of the composed detachable air-operated cylinder is mounted on the cylindrical projection via a seal. The cylindrical projection is made of a single unit together with the body of the vertical ring crosspiece. The movable pressing clutch member is fixed to the movable piston of the composed detachable air-operated cylinder through adjusting screws. The vertical ring crosspiece has through radial openings for supply of compressed air to the air space of the composed detachable air-operated cylinder. Mutually perpendicular, through ventilation openings are made in the threaded adjusting nut.
