FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: case with pneumatic cylinder of brake coupling is rigidly mounted on hub; in its upper part it is made with two parallel disks of coupling and brake rigidly interconnected with ribs. A driving disk of the coupling with elements of friction and a driven pressure plate-ring of coupling, which bear brake springs in cups, interact with the coupling disk. A driving disk of the brake with friction elements and a driven pressure brake disk-piston, installed in a cavity of a pneumatic cylinder, interact with the brake disk. The pressure plate-ring of the coupling, the coupling disks, brakes of the pneumatic cylinder case and the brake disk-piston are arranged on movable fingers installed in through orifices of bushings in disks of the brake coupling. There are devices for adjustment of gaps between driven and driving disks of the brake coupling during operation of a start-up unit. These devices correspond to adjusting nuts with a circular limb installed on threaded ends of power movable fingers. The adjusting nuts are fixed with lipped retainers and lock-nuts upon adjustment.

EFFECT: improved design of brake coupling and its adjustment; raised braking moment.
