SUBSTANCE: novelty is proposed clutch-brake is that power pins are rigidly secured in horizontal position of projections uniformly spaced over circumference on cover plate of clutch. Driven pressure disk of clutch-brake is movably installed on power pins. Inner part of brake springs is installed in horizontally made open cylindrical spaces in u-shaped body of driven pressure disk of clutch-brake for engagement with inner vertical surface. Power pins are made in form of hollow bushings in inner through space of which threaded outer end of power pins is secured from one side, and support flange of brake springs, from other side. Vertically arranged ring is rigidly installed on side outer surface of sectional pneumatic cylinder. Said ring is provided with through holes uniformly spaced over circumference. Horizontal axial lines of said holes coincide with horizontal axial lines of through holes made in vertical plates uniformly spaced and rigidly secured over circumference on side surface in T-shaped shell installed for interaction through keys with outer surface of L-shaped side of cover of sectional pneumatic cylinder. Vertical ring and vertical plates are rigidly connected through devices for adjusting clearance between driven and driving disks of clutch-brake in form of packs of C-shaped washers with shank installed on bolts and secured by nuts with tab washers between vertical ring and vertical plates. C-shaped washers are held from falling out being interconnected and connected with ring and plates.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability of clutch-brake, reduced time taken for adjustment, increased service life of engagement unit.
