SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting cardiac diseases accompanied with specific alterations in dynamics of stroke volume during physical loading. So, it is necessary to determine the peak rate of expiration both before and after the loading followed by determining the alteration of this peak rate of expiration against the initial level. Moreover, it is necessary to consider the alterations of stroke volume to be inversely proportional to those of peak rate of expiration. The innovation enables to improve the detection of relative alterations of cardiac stroke volume during expiration in patient's vertical body position at physical loading of any power.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detection.
