SUBSTANCE: I patient's hair one should determine quantitative content of Fe and Cr microelements and at their levels being 2 times or more higher against the norm it is possible to predict the development of autonomous thyroid nodes. The method is safe, noninvasive and there is possibility to apply it at wide-scale surveys of population.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
