FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the method deals with forming linear scar at dissecting pathological scars and volumetric cutaneous neoplasms due to applying interrupted intradermal sutures. At dissecting one should apply scalpel's blade at the angle of 60-70 deg. against skin surface at inclination of blade's surface towards wound's center to form converging edges of the wound. The method enables to form proportional linear scar.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation.
