SUBSTANCE: intensive wetting screw has tubular housing incorporating rotor, charging throat and discharge throat, water sprinkling device and drive. Rotor is made in the form of spring with cantilevered end capable of moving, mixing and uniform distribution of moisture on each grain by compressing grain in the process of mixing.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in grain wetting and reduced dimensions of screw.
