The auger contains a tubular casing with a spring rotor located inside, loading and unloading necks, a water tank, and a drive. To increase the speed and quality of wetting, a smaller diameter screw rotor is additionally placed inside the spring rotor. The spring rotor is made in the form of a hollow spring with holes connecting its internal cavity with the surface. The drives of the rotors are made with the possibility of changing their number of revolutions and simultaneous rotation at different speeds.
