SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phenylsubstituted guanidides of the formula (I) where T means the formula (II) where R(A) means hydrogen, halogen atom, alkyl group; R(B), R(C) and R(D) mean independently values as for R(A); x = 0 or 1; R(F) means hydrogen, halogen atom, alkyl group; R(E) has values as for R(F); R(1) has values as for T or +OkCmH2m + 1, halogen atom, -(C= O)-N= C(NH₂)₂, -Ou(CH₂)vC₆H₅, -Ou2-C₁-C₉-heteroaryl; k, m, u, u2 = 0 or 1; v = 0; R(2), R(3), R(4) and R(5) mean values as for R(1), or R(2) and R(3) mean in common -CH-CH=CH-CH-, -(CH₂)w2NR(24)R(25) where R(24) and R(25) mean alkyl and W2 means 1, 2 being molecule comprises at least two residues of T. Said compounds show inhibitory activity with respect to Na⁺/H⁺-exchange and therefore they can be used as active substance in medicinal agent for treatment of different diseases associated with the above shown property of these compounds.
