FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of canned food for children.
SUBSTANCE: canned food comprises raw meat material, soya isolate, lactulose, ascorbic acid sodium, therapeutic and prophylactic salt, dried fruit, groats component, flavor additives, caroline used in an amount of 0.1 wt%, sunflower oil, rape-seed oil or ω3-concentrate and sweet water. Trimmed mutton is used as raw meat material. Sunflower oil is mixed with rape-seed oil or ω3-concentrate in the ratio providing for most optimal combination of poly-unsaturated fatty acids of ω6/ω3 groups. Dried fruit is dried pitted and halved apricot, raisin, prune, and groats component is buckwheat, rice or corn flour. Canned food of such composition is designed for children suffering food allergy, dysbacteriosis, decreased content of hemoglobin and other changes of blood formulation, and cardiovascular diseases.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider range of baby's foods.
