FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to immunology and can be used to slow or prevent metastatic progression of cancer. For this purpose, a subject is administered a composition comprising: a) a yeast carrier and b) a cancer antigen, comprising at least one antigen Brachyury, where Brachyury antigen comprises SEQ ID NO: 6, positions 2-435 in SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 18, positions 2-435 in SEQ ID NO: 18 or an amino acid sequence that is at least 85% identical to SEQ ID NO: 18 and comprises a leucine substitution to valine at position 254. The group of inventions also relates to immunotherapeutic composition and the process for its preparation, as well as application of this composition for malignant tumor treatment. Application of Brachyury antigen comprising SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 18, and yeast vectors provides a immunotherapeutic composition that ensures an increase of Brachyury specific T-cells (specific for Brachyury CD8+ CD4+ T-cells) upon administration.
EFFECT: invention allows to slow down and prevent metastatic progression of cancer.
