SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises carbohydrate modulus "Yantalak GF", sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8%, wild rose fruit juice of the I-st and II-d blend, wild rose aroma alcohol and aqueous-alcoholic liquid based on rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water in the following ratio of components per 1000 dal of ready product: carbohydrate modulus "Yantalak GF", 2.9-3.1 kg; wild rose fruit juice of the I-st and II-d blend, 2.9-3.1 l; wild rose aroma alcohol, 5.9-6.1 l; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 7.9-8.1 l, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid based on rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the blend strength 40%. Proposed invention allows enhancing biological value, reducing toxicity and severity of alcohol withdrawal syndrome that is provided by the presence of flavonoids, organic acids, vitamins and salts as components of wild rose fruits that enhance activity of natural carbohydrates and active substances of carbohydrate modulus "Yantalak GF". The latter is able to enhance oxidative processes, eliminate ethanol and acetaldehyde from body, diminishes toxic effect and severity of alcohol withdrawal syndrome. "Yantalak GF" dissolves in aqueous-alcoholic liquid and forms molecular complexes with toxic substances that are removed from body and activates the liver enzyme system associated with oxidation and neutralization of ethyl alcohol. Used components provides to vodka barely detectable coniferous-almond tint on background of soft vodka taste and aroma.
