FIELD: oil and gas pipelines engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has current conductor and current conducting cover on basis of polymer substance engaging filling substance. Current conductor is made in form of coiled copper wires in amount from 80 tom 390 having common cross-section 10-50 mm2. Current conducting cover is made from current conducting rubber including caoutchouc and technical carbon with external specific surface 140-1500 m2/g and structure characteristic for absorption of dibutilenephosphate 160-360 sm3/100 g in amount 100-300 mass portions for 100 mass potions of caoutchouc.

EFFECT: higher flexibility of grounding device and lower laboriousness of mounting operations.
