FIELD: heat and mass exchange apparatus; chemical, food-processing and pharmaceutical industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed reactor is used for hydrolysis, etherification, acidolysis of silicon-organic monomers. Reactor has housing provided with branch pipes for delivery of reagents and discharge of reaction products and film-forming elements; housing is provided with cover and bottom of conical shape which are connected by cylindrical shell; mounted coaxially on cover of housing is two-stage three-passage sprayer whose central and middle passages form first stage-ejector with inner mixing chamber, outlet nozzle of first stage and third passage of sprayer form third stage-ejector with frameless outer mixing chamber; circular passage of peripheral nozzle of third passage is made at angle of inclination relative vertical axis equal to 29-32 deg.; used as film-forming elements are two coaxial bushes-liquid traps; outer bush is movable over vertical axis; heated taper disk mounted in reactor housing is provided with set of flow dividers in form of truncated cones for deaeration of gas phase at observance of ratio of total sectional area of clearances between them over diameter of bush-trap to its section area equal to (1.4-3.5):1. Vertical position of taper disk and clearances between truncated cones of reactor are adjustable.
EFFECT: intensification of heat and mass exchange; possibility of obtaining required rate of desorption of gaseous product; increased productivity and enhanced selectivity.
