FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: special vodka "Mariinskaya khlebnaya" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: wheat dry bread aromatic alcohol, 35.0-37.0 l; an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend of rye crushing bran with sea kale (Crambe), 1.0-2.0 l; sugar syrup in the concentration 65.8%, 17.0-18.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to the strength 40%. Proposed invention allows providing the enhancement of organoleptic properties of ready product and the content of biologically substances in it and expanding assortment of special vodkas conferring to vodka barely detecting chocolate aroma and ginseng aroma in after taste.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
