FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka "Petrukha" comprises the following components, kg per 1000 dal of ready product: ascorbic acid as a solution, 0.08-0.5, and also, l per 1000 dal: millet grain an aqueous-alcoholic infusion filtrate of the first blend, 4.0-6.0; 65.8% sugar syrup, 17.0-18.0; vanillin as a solution adding in combination with ascorbic acid as a solution to vodka, 0.005-05; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity degree and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. The proposed invention provides preparing vodka with higher organoleptic indices and to expand assortment of vodkas due to combination of its components and their quantitative content that eliciting synergetic effect confers to vodka barely detected after tasting and aroma of grape brandy, mild and harmonic taste.
EFFECT: improved quality and properties of vodka.
