FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka "Mariinskaya medovaya" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: natural honey, 9.0-11.0; an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend of BAA "Pivnye drozhzhi Ekko plus s selenom", 0.1-0.2 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to the strength 40%. Proposed invention allows enhancing organoleptic properties of the ready product, the content of biologically active substance in it and to expand assortment of vodkas conferring to vodka barely detecting vanilla tint in aroma and wine after taste.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
