SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for fastening flat screen monitors on rotary post. Proposed rotary post has base, carrying column, first rotary support unit made for fastening monitor with flat screen. Rotary post contains additionally second rotary support unit. Carrying column made in form of hollow cylinder with symmetrical longitudinal slots in lower part of column and installed on fixed base for adjustment in height relative to base, is provided with insert secured by one end in upper part of column and made in form of hollow cylinder for fitting first and second rotary support units. Other end of insert is connected with tube provided with light signaling unit in upper part. Each rotary support unit is made for turning around vertical axis of post and adjusting and locking in vertical plane. It has bracket made in form of flat plate with holes connected by slot, two spacers with holes and slots, each spacer encloses by its slot one of side surfaces of flat plate of bracket, two plates with holes, each being connected by one end with one of side surfaces of corresponding rib and being other end in contact with spacer surface so that hole in plate is coaxial with hole of corresponding spacer, and plate is connected by screw to spacer and side surface of bracket. Plate for fastening monitor with flat screen is secured on side surface of each rib square to side surface to which plate is connected.
