FIELD: radio engineering; adaptive filtration in medical visualization.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on pre-training process for optimal detection of object structure element, setting of decision threshold, calculation of various hypotheses related to type of input signal, calculation of probability ratios and their comparison with decision thresholds, evaluation of most probable hypothesis on type of input signal, derivation of a number of estimates of input signal amplitude, and estimation of output signal amplitude as weighed sum of digital filtration estimates. Device implementing proposed method that incorporates provision for real-time suppression of signal noise component without loss of information about structure of object being analyzed while retaining diagnostics information found in speckle noise, if necessary, has a number of digital filters, multiplier, adder, and identification unit.
EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity.
