FIELD: alcohol-free beverages.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-alcoholic beverages, in particular to dry powder mixtures for production of non-alcoholic isotonic beverages. Method involves preparation, dosing and mixing of ingredients, which are potassium chloride, magnesium sulphate, monosubstituted potassium phosphate, calcium lactate, glucose, maltodextrin, aminoacetic acid, succinic acid, lutein, which are added at certain ratios. Ingredients are mixed for 1–10 minutes at a mixer rotation speed of 10–100 rpm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a dry mixture for making isotonic beverages, which support optimal operation of all body systems of a sportsman, enables to train more efficiently and recover faster.
