FIELD: preparation of gas; separation of mixtures by means of vortex separators; oil producing, oil refining and chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes the following components which are connected in succession: tangential inlet branch pipe with nozzle orifice, swirler, separating chamber, condensate take-off chamber and gas outlet branch pipe. Device is provided with gas equalizing chamber connected with condensate take-off chamber by means of pipe. Mounted movably in inlet part of gas equalizing chamber is baffle plate. Condensate take-off chamber is provided with condensate take-off regulator. Gas outlet branch pipe is provided with throttle valve for control of inlet and outlet pressures.

EFFECT: improved quality of separation.
