FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.
SUBSTANCE: in blood serum of pregnant woman at early terms of gestation since the 5th wk one should detect the content of transforming growth factor (TGF) and epidermic growth factor (EGF) and at TGF being 270.0 pcg/ml and higher and EGF being 560 pcg/ml and higher one should predict the development of fetoplacental deficiency. The method enables to reveal pathology in early terms of gestation that provides the possibility to perform adequate obstetric tactics in due time.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
