FIELD: shipbuilding; designing high-speed gliding ships.
SUBSTANCE: Center of gravity (CG) of ship's hull lies in one line with center of hydrodynamic lifting force (Cp) of bearing surface of hull both at lifting off water and at rated running speed. Hull is delta-shaped in plan and includes central part and two side wing parts. Each wing part is extended sideways and backward relative to central part for forming open section which adjoins transom of central part of hull. Ratio S
EFFECT: enhanced hydrodynamic stability of high-speed ship.
