SUBSTANCE: invention proposes recombinant plasmid DNA pBMC-RT(A)m-1. Plasmid comprises the reverse human immunodeficiency virus transcriptase gene of type 1, subtype A, wherein in codons of their nucleotide sequence with predominance of adenine and/or thymine adenine and/or thymine are replaced for guanine and/or cytosine partially. Plasmid provides high level of expression of the human immunodeficiency reverse transcriptase in eucaryotic cells. The proposed plasmid can be used for immunization against human immunodeficiency virus of type 1 (HIV-1), subtype 2.
