The invention proposes the expressive plasmid DNA p-BMC-gag (A)-hum, containing an artificial gene gag (A)-hum, for expression of p55 protein in eukaryote cell. The invention can be used in medicine and allied industries ensure a 10-12-fold increase in expression of p55 protein of the human immunodeficiency virus of the 1st type in eukaryote cells.
