FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to biotechnology, particularly to methods of obtaining vaccine preparations using genetic engineering and immunology methods. Proposal is given of pBMC-gp140(A)-hum expression plasma DNA, containing the gp140(A)-hum artificial gene, for expressing the Gp140(A)-hum protein in eukaryotic organism cells, which allows for 6-8 fold increase of output of the synthetic Gp140(A)-hum protein compared to the prototype. The invention can be used in medicine and related fields for increasing expression of proteins, particularly the gp140 gene encoded protein Gp140 or its fragments in eukaryotic organism cells.
EFFECT: obtaining vaccine preparations using genetic engineering and immunology methods.
