FIELD: out-of-furnace ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a material for microalloying, that is dealt with out-of-furnace ferrous metallurgy, in particular, with microalloying in a furnace-ladle installation by out-of-furnace treatment of steels intended for production of metalware operating under lowered temperatures and under conditions of corrosive attacks of different environments, as well as for production of tubular billets and welded structures. The material contains niobium oxide and titanium oxide, aluminum and an alloy with alkali-earth metals. The alloy with alkali-earth metals includes calcium, a magnesium and a barium and together with aluminum forms a composite alloy allowing to use it as a reducing agent, as well as a material containing niobium pentoxide and a material containing titanium dioxide at the following shares of the components (in mass %): a material containing niobium pentoxide - 3-50; a material containing titanium - 5-60; composite alloy - the rest. At that the composite alloy contains components in the following ratio (in mass %): aluminum - 58-62, calcium - 18-22, magnesium - 9-11, barium - 9-11. The invention allows to get into the fine-bored limits by chemical composition of microalloying elements at the expense of increase of a degree of assimilation of the leading elements by a metal and an additional inoculation by elements from the group of alkali-earth metals.
EFFECT: the invention allows to produce steels by out-of-furnace treatment resistant to attacks of low temperatures and corrosion.
