FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed windmill electric generating plant designed for converting kinetic energy of wind into electrical energy has two frames joined together at certain angle that mount windmill generators on common swivel base. Installed inside main frames are additional frames provided with lifting mechanisms.
EFFECT: improved storm-shielding properties of plant.
